URL Shortener

Turn long addresses into short, shareable links — with your own ending, a QR code, an optional password or expiry date and click statistics — and see where any short link leads before you open it.

Uses spoo.me & da.gd Free · no sign-up

At a glance

  • Shortens links with spoo.me or da.gd — free, open-source services — with an optional custom ending such as spoo.me/diwali-sale.
  • spoo.me links can have a password, a click limit, an expiry date and bot blocking, and come with click statistics: clicks per day, unique visitors, countries, referrers, devices and browsers.
  • Every link gets a QR code (PNG or SVG) and one-tap copy and share; UTM tags for Google Analytics can be added before shortening.
  • Bulk shortening: up to 100 links at once, with copy-all and a CSV download.
  • Check a short link: see where any bit.ly, TinyURL or other short link leads — every redirect, with warning signs — without opening it.
  • No sign-up. The links you make are listed only in this browser; JustTools has no server and never sees them.

Using short links safely

  • Check before you click. A short link hides where it goes — paste it into Check a link to see the destination first.
  • Don’t shorten private links. Anyone who has the short link can open it, so keep documents, payment and meeting links out of shorteners — or add a password.
  • Short links can’t be edited. If the page moves you’ll need a new link, so double-check the long URL before you share it widely.
  • Prefer https:// pages. Browsers warn visitors about pages that aren’t encrypted.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is this URL shortener free?

Yes. Shortening, custom endings, QR codes, bulk shortening and click statistics are free, with no sign-up.

How long do the short links last?

They have no expiry date unless you set one or a click limit. The services can remove links that break their rules, such as spam, phishing or malware.

Can I edit or delete a short link?

No. Links made without an account can’t be changed or deleted, so check the long URL before you share it. Removing a link from your list here only hides it in this browser.

Who can see my click statistics?

spoo.me statistics are public to anyone who knows the short link. Set a password to protect both the link and its statistics.

Why are the links not on justtools.online?

JustTools runs entirely in your browser and has no server to store links, so it uses free, open-source shortening services that work straight from the browser.

How can I tell if a short link is safe?

Use Check a link. It follows the link on da.gd’s server and shows every redirect and the final address, with warnings for bare IP addresses, look-alike domains and unencrypted pages. It can’t prove a site is safe, so read the final domain name carefully.
