Runs in your browser Free · no sign-up

At a glance

  • Converts JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF and BMP images (and HEIC in Safari) into one PDF, one image per page.
  • Upright JPG and PNG files are embedded byte-for-byte in the PDF, so there is no recompression and no quality loss.
  • Reorder pages by dragging or with the arrow buttons, sort by file name, and rotate any image in 90° steps.
  • Page size A4, US Letter, US Legal or the size of each image; orientation auto, portrait or landscape; no, small or large margins.
  • Phone photos are turned upright automatically using their EXIF orientation.
  • Smaller file mode scales images to 2000 px and saves at JPG quality 75 for email and upload limits.
  • Runs in your browser: images are never uploaded, and there is no watermark or page limit.

Features

Everything you need, nothing you don’t

No quality loss

Most converters re-compress every photo. Here, upright JPG and PNG files are placed in the PDF exactly as they are, so text in scans stays sharp.

Order and rotate

Drag thumbnails into place, sort by name, and rotate sideways scans — the numbers show the final page order.

Right page size

A4 for most of the world, Letter or Legal for the US, or pages that match each image exactly. Auto orientation turns the page for landscape photos.

Upright phone photos

Photos taken sideways on a phone often appear rotated in PDFs. The EXIF orientation is read and applied, so every page is the right way up.

Small files when you need them

Switch to Smaller file to shrink big camera photos for email attachments and upload forms with a size limit.

Private and unlimited

Nothing is uploaded, nothing is stored, and there is no limit on the number of images.

Original quality or smaller file?

Original quality keeps every JPG and PNG exactly as it is. A PDF of ten phone photos can therefore be 20–40 MB — perfect for archiving and printing.

Smaller file resizes each image to at most 2000 pixels on its longest side and saves it as a JPG at quality 75. The same ten photos typically fit in a few megabytes, which suits email attachments and application portals. For an exact size limit, compress the finished file further or reduce the number of pages.

Why convert images to PDF?

  • One file instead of many: forms and email are easier with a single attachment.
  • Fixed page order: a PDF keeps scans of a multi-page document in sequence.
  • Opens everywhere: every phone, computer and printer can open a PDF.
  • Easy to print: pages are already sized for A4 or Letter paper.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How do I convert several JPGs into one PDF?

Add all the images at once, arrange them in the order you want, and click Convert to PDF. Every image becomes one page of the same PDF.

Does converting reduce image quality?

Not with Original quality: upright JPG and PNG files are embedded without any recompression. Only rotated images, other formats and Smaller file mode are re-encoded.

Are my images uploaded?

No. The PDF is created entirely in your browser, so your photos and scans never leave your device.

Why was my phone photo sideways in other PDFs?

Phones often save photos sideways with an EXIF “rotate” note that PDF viewers ignore. This tool reads that note and turns the photo upright before adding it.

Can I convert PNG, WebP or screenshots?

Yes. PNG, WebP, GIF, BMP and screenshots all work. HEIC photos from an iPhone work in Safari; in other browsers, convert them to JPG first.

How do I make the PDF smaller?

Choose Smaller file before converting. Large camera photos are resized to 2000 px and compressed, which usually cuts the size by 70–90%.

Is there a limit on the number of images?

No fixed limit. Very large batches are limited only by your device’s memory.

Can I add more pages to an existing PDF?

Convert the new images to a PDF here, then combine both files with Merge PDF.
